By accessing spixa.io or using the Spixa super agent ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Spixa is an autonomous AI agent that builds, automates, and operates business workflows on your behalf. Outputs are generated by AI models and may require human review before commercial use.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and for all activity performed by Spixa under your account or instructions.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Spixa to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to interfere with the integrity of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You receive a license to use the outputs Spixa generates for you. The Service, models, and underlying technology remain the property of Spixa and its licensors.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Spixa does not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spixa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
